business is about protecting the integrity
of potable
water aqueducts and pipelines, potable water treatment works, water storage
facilities, waste water treatment works, sewers and gas pipelines. Our
engineering solutions
prevent leakage of water from reservoirs and
pipelines, prevent contaminated matter leaking
into water pipes and storage facilities and
prevent gases escaping from distribution pipes.
Another example of our contribution to environmental
protection is the AMEX®-10 Pipe Joint Repair
System. AMEX®-10 removes the need for excavation
to repair leaking pipe joints. As a result,
we can repair pipe joints internally, eliminating:
• Disruption to traffic and to the public
• Removal of excavated waste to landfill
• Demand for newly quarried materials
for reinstatement works
