Below are the minimum training standards required for all our site personnel.
CSCS Cards
Energy & Utility Skill and Construction Skills have affiliated their schemes to enable access to construction sites for utility services.
All PMP site personnel obtain the EUSR SHEA (Water) which is verifiable at www.eusr.co.uk.
Operatives
All Operatives and above receive the following training & competency:

Working at Height
Fire Marshal
Abrasive Wheels
EUSR National Water Hygiene
EUSR SHEA (Water)
City & Guilds 6150-03 Working in High Risk Confined Spaces (3 day)
Emergency First Aid (1 day)(formerly Appointed Person)
City & Guilds 6150-05 Rescue from Confined Spaces (1 day)
AED - Automated External Defibrillation
Oxygen Resuscitation
LOLER - Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regs.
Foremen
As Operatives, plus:
First Aid at Work
Supervisors
As Operatives, plus:
SSSTS - Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme
First Aid at Work
Managers & Directors
As Operatives, plus:
SMSTS - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme
First Aid at Work
Task specific training
Key employees will also receive the following task specific training:
DSEAR - Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regs.
IRATA - Industrial Rope Access Trade Association
Trailer (if driving licence issued after January 1997)
