How are the seals fitted?

The AMEX-10 seals are installed by our trained fitters on a 'supply & fit' fixed price contract.

The seals are installed within the pipe wall by expanding 2 stainless steel retaining bands with a hydraulic jack.

No chemical adhesives are used and the 2 retaining bands are independent of each other leaving the rubber between the 2 bands to span the pipe joint.
